Conveyancing-Residential Property  

Our average cost is dependent on the value of the property. For the purpose of our charges, our average costs are fixed fees and services are provided by our experienced conveyancing solicitors and conveyancers with the assistance of the support team (including our trainee solicitors and paralegals). All services are carried out under the supervision of our senior partner. Also note that our fees are subject to VAT and further details about cost information would be provided to respective clients at the time of instructions and set out clearly in their respective client care letters

Our average costs for Transfer of equity (TOE) are: £900 + VAT

Our average costs for non-contentious probate matter are:

  1. Fixed fee of 1 to 3% depending on the value of the estate, complexity and circumstances of each matter; and
  2. Hourly rate of £150-350, depending on the complexity of the matter and experience of the fee earners.

Our services are provided by our experienced solicitors with the assistance of our support team (including our trainee solicitors and paralegals). All services are carried out under the supervision of our senior partner. Our average costs for employment advice and representation at the Tribunal for both employers and employees are the same and we charge hourly at a rate of £150 to £350 depending on the complexity and circumstances of each case.

Our services are provided by our experienced solicitors with the support of our support team (including our trainee solicitors and paralegals). All services are carried out under the supervision of our senior partner. Also note that our fees are subject to VAT and further details about cost information would be provided to respective clients at the time of instructions; and set out clearly in their client care letters.

Our average costs for advice and representation in court concerning our debt recovery services up to a value of £100,000 are charged out at an hourly rate of £150 to £350 depending on the complexity and circumstances of each case.

Our services are provided by our experienced solicitors with the assistance of our support team (including our trainee solicitors and paralegals). All services are carried out under the supervision of our senior partner. Also note that our fees are subject to VAT and further details about cost information would be provided to respective clients at the time of instructions; and set out clearly in their client care letters.

Please note that the above does not include disbursements, such as filing fee, hearing fee or counsel fees. Information about applicable disbursements would be provided upon enquiry or at the time of instructions and would also be set out in the client care letter. Where disbursements are subject to VAT, we would also provide such information at the time of instructions and in the client care letter.

Generally, we charge fixed fees for immigration applications and we usually charge between £250 and £3000 depending on the complexity and circumstances of each case. For instance, we charge as low as £250 for form completion and biometric application services whilst human right cases may attract higher fees as they are not straightforward cases.

However, we charge an hourly rate of £150 to £350 in respect of Tier 1 visa and other Business visa applications depending on the complexity and circumstances of each case.

With respect to our immigration representation services at the Tribunal or in court, we charge an hourly rate of £150 to £350 depending on the complexity and circumstances of each case.

Our services are provided by our experienced immigration solicitors with the help of our support team (including our trainee solicitors and paralegals). All services are carried out under the supervision of our senior partner. Also note that our fees may be subject to VAT and further details about cost information would be provided to respective clients at the time of instructions and set out clearly in their client care letters.

Please note that the above does not include disbursements, such as Home Office fees, Tribunal/Court filing fee, or counsel fees.
