Notably was the award-winning transaction regarding a 200 Million Dollars\u2019 Sugar Refinery Project Finance Transaction (i.e. Project Zacharee, which won the World Bank African Bankers\u2019 Award for the Best Transaction in Africa in the year 2010\/11) where Ade coordinated the Borrowers\u2019 Legal Team (which included Reynolds Porter & Chamberlain, London).<\/p>\n
Ade presently handles all dispute resolution\/litigation matters regarding employment law, possession law, family law, probate, Trust, corporate and commercial law. He also assists cross-border clients with Trust and Wealth Protection matters.<\/p>\n
