Here at Renaissance Solicitors we value transparency. Our general pricing models are shown below. 

Conveyancing – Residential Property  

Our average cost is dependent on the value of the property. For the purpose of our charges, our average costs are fixed fees and services are provided by our experienced conveyancing solicitors and conveyancers with the assistance of the support team (including our trainee solicitors and paralegals). All services are carried out under the supervision of our senior partner. Also note that our fees are subject to VAT and further details about cost information will be provided to clients at the time of instructions and set out clearly in their client care letters

Our average costs for Transfer of equity (TOE) are: £1,000 + VAT

Our average costs for non-contentious probate matters are:

  1. Fixed fee of 1 to 3% depending on the value of the estate, complexity and circumstances of each matter; and
  2. Hourly rate of £150 – £350, depending on the complexity of the matter and experience of the fee earners.

Our services are provided by our experienced solicitors with the assistance of our support team (including our trainee solicitors and paralegals). All services are carried out under the supervision of our senior partner. Our average costs for employment advice and representation at the Employment Tribunal for both employers and employees are the same and we charge hourly at a rate of £150 – £350 depending on the complexity and circumstances of each case.

Our services are provided by our experienced solicitors with the support of our support team (including our trainee solicitors and paralegals). All services are carried out under the supervision of our senior partner. Also note that our fees are subject to VAT and further details about cost information will be provided to clients at the time of instructions and set out clearly in their client care letters.

Please note that the above does not include disbursements such as tribunal fees or counsel’s fees. Information about applicable disbursements will be provided upon enquiry or at the time of instructions and will also be set out in the client care letter. Where disbursements are subject to VAT, we will also provide such information as at the time of instructions and in the client care letter.

Our average costs for advice and representation in court in relation to debt recovery up to a value of £100,000 are charged out at an hourly rate of £150 – £350 depending on the complexity and circumstances of each case.

All services are carried out under the supervision of our senior partner. Also note that our fees are subject to VAT and further details about costs will be provided to clients at the time of instructions and set out clearly in their client care letters.

Information about such applicable disbursements will be provided upon enquiry or at the time of instructions and will also be set out in the client care letter. Where disbursements are subject to VAT, we will also provide such information at the time of instructions and in the client care letter

Generally, we charge fixed fees for immigration applications and we usually charge between £250 and £3,000 depending on the complexity and circumstances of each case. For instance, we charge as little as £250 for form completion and biometric application services whereas cases that raise human rights issues are likely to attract higher fees.

In respect of Tier 1 visa and other Business visa applications, we charge an hourly rate of £150 – £350 depending on the complexity and circumstances of each case.  As regards immigration representation at the Tribunal or in court, we charge an hourly rate of £150 – £350 depending on the complexity and circumstances of each case.

Our services are provided by our experienced immigration solicitors with the help of our support team (including our trainee solicitors and paralegals). All services are carried out under the supervision of our senior partner. Also note that our fees may be subject to VAT and further details about costs will be provided to clients at the time of instructions and set out clearly in their client care letters.

Please note that the above does not include disbursements, such as Home Office fees, Tribunal/Court filing fees, or counsel’s fees.
