Our Team

Ademola Adeniyi was admitted as a solicitor in 2017 and has a rich cross-border legal background.  He coordinates our fast-developing Dispute Resolution Department, and also deals with complex immigration and family law matters where cross-jurisdictional issues arise.

Chaudhry Khurram Azam was admitted as a solicitor in March 2024 having trained in this firm and worked for several years prior to that as a paralegal.  His main areas of practice include residential and commercial conveyancing, lease extensions, leasehold enfranchisement, and Islamic mortgages.

Philip Haworth was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2006.  He is an experienced barrister who specialises in residential and commercial conveyancing, lease extensions, leasehold enfranchisment, Islamic mortgages, 1954 Act leases, contracted out leases and licences, as well as residential and commercial landlord and tenant disputes.   

Afshan Nawaz founded Renaissance Solicitors in 2003.  Admitted as a solicitor in 1997, Afshan takes a hands-on approach to new clients, ensuring that the firm can provide a supportive and tailor-made service.  Her wide-ranging and extensive experience includes immigration matters, family law, residential and commercial conveyancing and Islamic mortgages.

Satish Kumar co-heads our Immigration and Public Law Department.  He has over 23 years of experience in the areas of business and personal immigration and public law.
