Ademola Adeniyi (popularly referred to as “Ade”) is our Managing Partner and he coordinates our fast-developing Dispute Resolution Department.

An experienced cross-border solicitor with demonstrated knowledge of UK and Nigerian law and practice. Skilled in Dispute Resolution, Family, Trust & Private client matters, Commercial and Residential Property matters, Commercial Transaction Advice, and Corporate Governance matters. Ade is also a member of the Chattered Institute of Arbitration here in London.

Ade has a rich cross-border legal background which underscores his special attention to detail, robust work ethic; and astute legal skills both as an astute transaction lawyer and dispute resolution expert.

Notably was the award-winning transaction regarding a 200 Million Dollars’ Sugar Refinery Project Finance Transaction (i.e. Project Zacharee, which won the World Bank African Bankers’ Award for the Best Transaction in Africa in the year 2010/11) where Ade coordinated the Borrowers’ Legal Team (which included Reynolds Porter & Chamberlain, London).

Ade presently handles all dispute resolution/litigation matters regarding employment law, possession law, family law, probate, Trust, corporate and commercial law. He also assists cross-border clients with Trust and Wealth Protection matters.

Ade is a long-term supporter of Chelsea Football Club. He is very athletic and enjoys his daily exercise routine. He also enjoys playing football in his free time.
