What does it cost?
This depends on the task at hand. We charge on an hourly basis but can provide you with an estimate once we know what actions can be taken.
Why do I need a lawyer?
Because it is always advisable to have expert advice in matters of law and that's what we do.
What if I can't afford the fees?
If you are benefits you can obtain legal aid, otherwise if you have a financial claim you may be able to pay from the settlement proceeds.
Why do I need a will?
If you don't have a will, this may cause difficulties for your loved ones and dependants as you will have no say over what happens to your assets when you die. If you own property, are married or have entered a civil partnership, have children or other dependants, you really should consider preparing a will.
